CRANBERRY TWP — The AARP Tax Aide Program scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays at the Cranberry Public Library announced a change in the schedule.

The program will be moved to the Mars Public Library on March 9 and 22. The Mars Library is at 107 Grand Ave.

Participants do not need to be a member of AARP to take advantage of the Tax Aide Program. The program is designed for those 60 or older, but will also serve adults younger than 60 with a low income or who are disabled.

BUTLER TWP — The fifth annual Brain Injury Awareness Day will be held from noon to 4 p.m. March 7 at the Clearview Mall.More than 30 organizations will give brain injury survivors and their families, as well as individuals with other disabilities, the opportunity to find new options and to search for help and information.The event also allows people to meet with and talk to survivors and families and gives them an opportunity to join one of the support groups.Volunteers recruited by The Brain Injury Association of PA (BIAPA) also will conduct a Brain Safety Fair.
