Unless you are a teacher, an insurance CEO or worked on Wall Street, most people in this country got NO raise at all. As a matter of fact, I am on a 2 yr wage freeze and my husband took a cut in pay. We both are thankful to have jobs. If the military got a raise, they are lucky and you should thank Obama. I am not saying they don't deserve it, they do, but at least they got something.
