Delayed a bit by the weather and nearly derailed by a shin injury, the Lindsey Vonn show is now under way. So far, it's been worth the wait. Vonn won the women's downhill Wednesday, and NBC will show her next event, the super-combined, in prime time today. The men's figure skating free skate and women's halfpipe also are on the schedule.

VONN TRACK: The super-combined was supposed to be Vonn's first event last weekend, but it was pushed back by the weather. The injured American said after winning the downhill she caught a break because of all the weather delays.•

RUBBER MATCH?: The last two winners of the women's halfpipe — Americans Hannah Teter and Kelly Clark — will compete in the event again.•

THREE FOR ALL: It looks like a three-way race for the gold in men's figure skating. Evgeni Plushenko of Russia leads American Evan Lysacek and Japan's Daisuke Takahashi heading into the free skate.•

HOME HOPE: Christine Nesbitt of Canada is among the favorites in 1,000-meter speedskating.
