Music in a Great Space Concert Series presents organist Philip Brisson at 4 p.m. Sunday at Shadyside Presbyterian Church, on the corner of Amberson Avenue and Westminster Place. Brisson is director of music and organist at the Catholic Cathedral of the Assumption in Louisville, Ky. The program will present Bach's "Prelude and Fugue" in E-flat; Franck's "Grand Piece Symphonique," and Liszt's "Fantasia and Fugue." Renaissance and Baroque Society presents the Axelrod Quartet performing a program called "The Fugue in Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven" at 8 p.m. Saturday at Synod Hall, 125 N. Craig St. in Oakland. A pre-concert talk will be held at 7 p.m. and a question-and-answer session with the musicians will follow the concert. Single tickets range from $15 to $30; full-time students with ID pay $10.
