Police surround Zelie home where gunshot was reported
ZELIENOPLE — Police, heavily armed and some wearing camouflage, took up positions on Clay Street late this morning after a woman resident alerted police a shot was fired in a neighboring house. District Judge Wayne Seibel of Evans City said police had filed a complaint at his office against the occupant of that house on a charge of terroristic threats.
