JEFFERSON TWP — Concordia Visiting Nurses has promoted one employee and hired three new employees.

Registered nurse Karen McCreary has been promoted to director of electronic medical records.

A graduate of Citizens General Hospital School of Nursing, McCreary has worked in nursing for 20 years with the last four at Concordia.

She is enrolled in the bachelor of science in nursing program with the University of Phoenix. She lives in Butler with her husband Thomas and their two children.

Jody Semmelroth, also a registered nurse, has been hired as a clinical educator.

She has spent 20 years in health care, mostly in neurological intensive care units. For the past three years she taught part time at Butler County Community College.

She earned a bachelor of science and master of science in nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. Semmelroth lives in Butler with her children and her boyfriend.

Tammy Young has been hired as accounting manager. Since earning her bachelor's in business administration from Slippery Rock University, Young has worked in public accounting.

She lives in Saxonburg with her husband, Jason, and their daughter.

Brad T. Zukowski has been hired as the Cabot branch manager/development executive.

He has more than 15 years of management experience, including positions at West Penn Hospital and with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He earned a bachelor's from Westminster College, and a bachelor's in nursing and a master's degree in business administration from Robert Morris University.

He lives in Saxonburg with his wife, Shauna, and their two children.
