I cant believe this talk is still going on about teachers.

Simple solution, really.

Teachers dont hide behind a union. Get hired and fired like anyone else. See no more strikes. Teachers get paid based on each teacher. What is so hard about that? That seems the easiest way. But no teacher wants to do that. Then they lose the only power they have. I just cant see why parents would not get behind that. I promise you this if teachers would dump the unions we would not even be talking about teachers pay at all. And no one would care if they had 6 months off. No one starts talking about teachers until strikes. SO do away with them. Please. So simple. By the way a teacher taught me that. LOL. Amazing.
