My landlady is quite elderly, about 86 years old. Her son is the manager for her rental property. I live in the first floor apartment of a large old house here in the city. There are two apartments on the second floor. The one above my kitchen has had a leak in a bathroom pipe for almost two months. Mr. Manager had a plumber up there to try and fix it but it is still leaking and Mr. M. does not believe me when I told him it is still leaking every time the woman gets a shower. Does anyone know who I can contact to get this problem resolved? I know at one time there was a building inspector but I think that position was done away with.
