The Health Hope Group will introduce a stroke survivor connection program with an open house from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Butler Public Library, 218 N. McKean St.

Stroke survivors, their caregivers and families, and health professionals are invited.

The free program will discuss physical exercise, cognitive exercise, emotional support, socialization, and health and stroke education.

Participants should collect six specific items, put them in a gift bag and deliver it to Friendship Ridge.Items for the ladies' bags are lotion or bath gel, small Kleenex, brush or comb, deodorant, lip balm, socks and deodorant.
