Sorry how bout no contract and you can be fired anytime...that seems to work for the majority of people. Why do you not think it should work for teachers. Unions = Bad...look at auto industry....and now look at the teaching industry..want more money strike..even though everyone else cant get a pay raise or they have lost there job. Need better medical...strike.... makes no sense...dont like the job go get a better one....not a good worker/teacher your fired...seems logical. But lets not think like that...we need a union.?? Again makes no sense..
