I think my point was that my kid's teacher truly cares about him, as well as the other students. Most teachers do enter the profession because they care. Of course, the teacher meets the curriculum demands, as well. It's not possible to teach students when the don't feel safe, accepted, and appreciate in the classroom. I'd rather see money go to these caring people who affect my kid's education rather to attorney fees. That was my point.
