If you believe the teachers at South Butler are so poor, why do you keep electing the same people to your school board? They do the hiring.

Ultimately, blame for this situation rests squarely on the shoulders of the board. If the quality of teachers is poor, then it's the board's fault for hiring them. If contract negotiations are continually unsuccessful, then the board has failed in its responsibility to the community.

In all surrounding districts, boards have managed their budgets to be able to hire good teachers at fair market salaries without levying excessive taxes. Why can't South Butler's board accomplish this?
