What new store is too big for the empty Kerrs building? I just saw Michaels craft store is moving over there now, too, so there's another one that will go empty - a very large store. It just makes no sense. McDonalds abandoned its old building and moved up the street another 1000 feet. Before that was approved, they should have been forced to do something with their old building instead of just packing up and let it rot. What one store brings in, another looses - and our community looses it's green spaces - never to be green again. And even if they ever do tear down the old buildings, what happens to all the waste? Dumped someplace - ruining another green space. You call that saving efficient?
