New Castle diner fire probed
NEW CASTLE — A fire marshal is investigating a fire at a recently closed restaurant.
Fire officials in New Castle were called to Matty's Diner about 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
Officials said the diner had opened about a month ago before closing down last week over landlord issues.
Nobody was hurt, but the fire took several hours to control and heavily damaged the restaurant.
