Cass your post about requiring industry to pay for healthcare is about that same as an industry paying bonus's. Its not required its a benefit. My friend works in a corporate position and he has great healthcare supplied by his company do you think they might offer these benefits to attract better workers??? LOL. Next you will accuse industry paying over min wage a required pay by the government. Your thinking and logic makes no sense.

If I want to hire better quality of persons I will offer what the industry sets. Not what the gov requires which is min wage.
