EMLENTON, Clarion County — Emclaire Financial, parent company of the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton announced it is offering about $20 million of its common stock in a public offering.

Emclaire Financial received the Nasdaq Capital Market symbol of EMCF. The stock is scheduled to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market beginning Friday.

The Emclaire board of directors said the bank will use the money raised for general corporate purposes, including capital for Farmers National Bank for anticipated growth.

As part of the offering, three meetings are scheduled for prospective investors:

• 6:30 p.m. today at the Pittsburgh Duquesne Club, 325 Sixth Ave., Pittsburgh.

• Noon Friday at the Clarion Hampton Inn at 4 Hospital Drive, Clarion.

• 5 p.m. Monday at the Bank's Titusville office, 127 W. Spring St.
