A question for you.. Don't you think at least part of GMs problem was legacy healthcare benefits? Other country's industries are not saddled with paying for their employee's benefits. Why should this country's industry have to pay it? Your kind of thinking will not help bring American companies on a level playing field with the competition overseas.

..and guess what. Entitlement mentality or not, and whether you like it or not, you WILL pay for her to take her kids to the hospital through higher premiums. My premiums went up another 30% this year. If you have insurance, you will pay for those without it - period!
