As a Hidden Oaks/Adams Twp. resident, I am most appreciative of a recent community development that has occurred.

Our community (Hidden Oaks) is quite close to Rt. 228 and much development that is occurring/evolving.

Three entitees, from my perspective, have/are converging. 1. Hidden Oaks Homeowners, 2. Mr. Betters/Developer, and 3. the Adams Twps. Supervisors/Local Government.

I really do not know what has exactly developed, except to say that our Homeowners President, Mr. Lee Halverson, persued the fact that two uninhabited homes were physically moved/and have overlooked our community for many years while awaiting placement. Over time the homes (from my perspective), have deteriorated and have become unsightly.

As a homeowner, I was contacted by Mr. Haverson, and I know he persued the issue through the Adams Twp. Supervisors and Mr. Betters.

The homes have recently/quickly disappeared! I complement all three entetees. Especially, Mr. Betters, because this has to be an economic issue for him.

I appreciate and compliment all who were involved in what has transpired. (I do wish I knew what did happen, but the result is what I most value). I believe my home value has increased and the area has been transformed for the better of all.

I really do not know who to thank. I think in order, it is Mr. Betters, (Developer), Mr. Halverson, (Homeower's President), and the Adams Twp. Supervisor's.

In any case, I believe the Hidden Oaks Homeowers are better off and I think, probably more importantly, all Adams Township residents are also positively affected by said results.

Unfortunately, I believe there may be battles/arguments in the future about development/status quo/so-called progress, etc., but, this current issue, has been resolved in a positive vein. (At least, from this writer's perspective).

If only the current political parties could put the citizens and our communities ahead of their political concerns. Ah, so much needs to be done in that respect.
