Jason and Claudia Farren

Claudia Lendyak and Jason Farren, both of Kittanning, were united in marriage July 27 on the beach in Sandbridge, Va. The Rev. Frankee Love officiated. A reception followed at the home of the bride's aunt and uncle, Amy and Kim Sellers in Evans City.

The bride is the daughter of Laura Lendyak of Kittanning and Lynn Lendyak of East Brady. Parents of the bridegroom are Dan and Ruth Ann Farren of Bruin.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Kittanning High School and a 2008 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University.

The bridegroom graduated from Karns City High School in 1997. He is employed by Rosebud Mining at the Logansport mine.

The couple is making their home in Kittanning.
