ADAMS TWP — The township supervisors Monday granted preliminary approval to an 80-acre residential development on Myoma Road.

The plan, called Wickerham Heights, is adjacent to the Brookstone housing development also off Myoma Road.

Preliminary plans call for 29 lots on one side of the development and 24 lots on the other. The two sides will be separated by open green space between them with a total of 53 lots.

Scott Foreman of Hampton Technical Associates presented the plans to the supervisors. He said the single-family dwellings and their residents will benefit from 16 acres of open space in the development.

The supervisors scheduled a conditional use hearing at 7 p.m. Oct. 13 at the township municipal building.
