VALENCIA — Glade Run United Presbyterian Church, 1091 Pittsburgh Road, will hold a festival for children ages 4 through fifth grade from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

There will be games and crafts. Lunch will be provided. Parents can stay or take this opportunity to enjoy a free day. Supervision will be provided.

The cost is a donation to Samaritan's Purse, Operation Christmas Child. Donations can include a small gift that would fit in a shoebox (must be new) or a monetary gift.

CRANBERRY TWP — The second annual Pigskin Palooza flag football tournament will start at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Rose E. Schneider Butler County Family YMCA. The event is hosted by 19north, a youth ministry within Victory Family Church of Cranberry Township.
