The Butler County Symphony Association announced reserved seat season tickets are now available for the 2009-10 season, "The Dream of America."

New subscribers can select premium seats for the six-concert series.

The concerts are:

• "Coming to America," spotlighting a multimedia presentation of Ellis Island, Oct. 10;

• "Amber Waves" featuring concertmaster Galina Istomin, violin, and Katerina Istomin, viola, Nov. 7;

• "Holidays with Marianne" spotlighting famed opera star and Cabot native Marianne Cornetti, Dec. 5;

• "Shout, America" welcoming the Pittsburgh Gospel Choir, Feb. 13;

• "Modern America," the Family Pops Concert, with the North Star Kids from Pittsburgh, March 13;

• "Hear Us Now" with pianist Mihae Lee, April 24.

All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Butler Intermediate High School auditorium, 551 Fairground Hill Road.

Subscribers can choose among three subscription plans for four-, five- or six-concert packages. Individual concert tickets, not available until Sept. 14, cost $15 in advance or $18 at the door for all concerts except the Dec. 5 "Holidays with Marianne" concert. The cost of that concert is $20 in advance and $22 at the door. All student tickets are priced at $5. Group rates are available.
