BUTLER TWP — The Pennsylvania Game Commission's hunter-trapper education course will be held at the Butler Township Recreation Building from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Aug. 17, 18 and 19.The course must be completed by all first-time hunters before purchasing a license. VALENCIA — The Wildbird Recovery Center, 120 Forsythe Road, will have a yard sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 15 and 16. All proceeds will go to help injured, orphaned or abandoned wild birds.
