Lorie, tell your friend to go to the exam center in Kittaning. The people there are helpful and friendly. The ones in Butler are all rude, and ignorant; especially the one big fat man. They had my son almost in tears a couple of years ago. I wrote a letter to the State about him citing specific unacceptable behavior. I guess nothing was ever done about him. My advice is to go to the center in Kittanning. I am sorry your friend had to go through this. The people who work there need to be repremanded. We pay their wages. I wish I knew how to get them ousted. John
