Get used to it. This isn't 1950's america anymore, people are jerks. I've just accepted that we live in a society where laws are made not enforced. If you think it's bad in Butler go drive around Cranberry Township for a day it's way worse. The people down there have their noses so far in the air they think the law doesn't apply to them.
