IRWIN — A man was charged with invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct for allegedly using his cell phone and a mirror on the bottom of a shopping cart to take pictures up the skirt of a 13-year-old girl.

North Huntingdon police said an employee at the Target store on Route 30 watched Brian Grosser, 39, maneuver the cart behind the girl and use his cell phone to take pictures of the images reflected in the mirror. Police said Grosser put the phone to his ear and began talking when he noticed the employee watching him, then ran away.

Criminal charges from the July 9 incident were mailed to Grosser.

He faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 30.
