I suggust you go back to the beginning of the negotiation process and read and analyze the chronology to this point. You will see what the Board's offer was at the beginning, and how the Teachers reacted. You can see who accepted the fact finder's report and what the the salary increase percentage was. Then you can go back and make your conclusions and share the "facts." While your facts may be true, it does no justice to simply state them to make a point. You need to see how the teachers initially reacted and responded to the fact finders and other proposals. That's why the Board rejected the 4.3% offer.
