I don't agree with you very often, however "if you don't like it quit" hits the nail on the head. Half of the teachers (and administrators) in any school district would wilt and die if they actually had to compete for their jobs.

As a side note, I attended a graduation party for a Knoch grad this past weekend. She and her friends were disgusted by what they went through this past year. And they expressed sympathy and concern for the incoming senior class who may get the same treatment.
