Hooray..! I was beginning to think I am the only one who want teachers should look twice at all they get and thank their lucky stars.

My husband works for an oil refinery - who makes made more money than they did over the past year or so?? He took a PAY CUT!! AND we still pay over $250/month for benefits.

The truth of the matter is, if you don't like your pay - QUIT! Nobody is forcing you to work there. There are loads of people with a bachelors degree who can step in and take your place in 2 seconds.

To the school board - stand firm!
