I was wondering if anyone out there had bought faulty Vtech phones. A couple months ago I bought a set of 5.8 GHz Vtech phones, after using them a short while I noticed that they had a lot of static on them, also loud beeps every few seconds. No matter what I did nothing helped. I looked for my receipt but couldn't find it. I took it back to Wal-Mart and they were good enough to give me another one. I brought it home and set it up and guess what the same problem. I contacted the company and they told me what to do to solve the problem. I did everything they told me to do with no help. They told me all they could do was to sell me another with a 15% discount. I asked them what kind of a jerk they thought I was that I would buy another one of their faulty phones. I haven't heard from them since.
