I was the same place I am now when the Bush admin was spending money. I probably wrote 2 or so letters a week to the whitehouse and my representatives telling them to quit spending taxpayer money. I don't play partisan politics, when I see something wrong I speak up about it, I don't care if it's republicans or democrats. Your defense for this out of control spending seems to be "well the republicans did it". Let's get something straight though, there never was a budget surplus left by clinton, the surplus was on paper, but when the .com crash happened those surpluses were never realized in real dollars. I do thank clinton and the CRA for the housing bubble though, that was great. Just because Bush was an idiot and spent like a democrat doesn't justify Obama spending our country into bancruptcy, but you keep trying to defend it with Bush. One other note Joe, I'm not the one trying to change the country, you progressives are, I say to you there are plenty of socialist countries you can move to, I'll buy your plane ticket.
