Norman Leroy Hervey

Norman Leroy Hervey, 84, of Kennedy Lane, Butler, died Friday, April 10, at his home.

Born May 5, 1924, he was the son of the late William Leroy Hervey and the late Eva Maude Harrif Hervey.

Mr. Hervey worked for Anchor Glass and the Butler County Assistance Agency.

He was a former member of the Moose Lodge, Butler Lodge 64; the Elks Club 170; the American Legion in Parker; the Scottish Rite, Valley of Cambridge; and the Lafayette Lodge 0079, Zanesville, Ohio.

Mr. Hervey earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Tri-State College in Angola, Ind.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Hervey is survived by one niece, Cheryl Kristufek of Monroe, N.C.; one nephew, Rod Kormrumpf of Anoka, Minn.; one great-niece; two great-nephews; and one great-great-nephew.

Norman will be sadly missed by those who knew him. His kind, generous spirit will be missed by all.
