Alfred Lee Lewis
Alfred Lee Lewis, 86, formerly of Prospect, died Friday night at the Trinity Living Center in Grove City.
He was born June 17, 1922, in Hilliards and was the son of Rosco and Nora Robb Lewis.
He was a member of the West Liberty United Methodist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II as a sergeant and received three Bronze Stars.
He was retired from Keystone Pipe and Supply in Butler.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John (Carol) Stevenson of New Brighton; a son, Jim Lewis of Butler; seven grandchildren; a great-grandson; and also by a sister-in-law, Mrs. Betty Eisenhuth of New Castle.
He was preceded by his wife, Agnes Walker Lewis, who he married June 9, 1943, and who died March 26, 2007; and also by a brother and a sister.
<B>LEWIS</B> There will be no visitation, and a memorial service for Alfred Lee Lewis, who died Friday, April 3, 2009, will be conducted by his son, the Rev. James Lewis, of the West Liberty United Methodist Church, at a future date.Arrangements are by the <B>Jay Bryan Funeral Home </B>in Prospect.
