Junior left fielder Jacob Oswalt hit a three-run home run and drove in six as the Slippery Rock University baseball team earned a sweep over Clarion University at Jack Critchfield Park Friday afternoon.

Oswalt hit a homer in an 8-3 win in the first game, then smacked two homers in a 15-6 win in the nightcap.

Junior catcher-first baseman Matt Adams went 5-for-7 in the doubleheader to raise his average to .491.

The Rock (33-13, 14-8) will close out its four-game series with Clarion Saturday at Clarion.

SRU will conclude the regular season Monday against Wheeling Jesuit University.
