The Harrisville Community Band will present its annual spring concert at 7 p.m. Friday at the Harrisville Fire Hall, 313 E. Mercer St. Selections will include "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," "Tarantella," "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and "Big Four March." In its 44th year, the band is directed by Becky Sopher of Harrisville. Admission is free. Refreshments will be available.
The Butler County Symphony will have its final concert of its 60th anniversary season at 7:30 p.m. April 25 at Butler Intermediate High School, 551 Fairground Hill Road. The theme is "Facet-Natin' Gems," and the concert will feature an original composition by Drew Fennell and performance by concert pianist Leon Bates.Tickets in advance are $15 for adults and $5 for students and are available at the symphony office. <B>Music in a Great Space</B>, the concert series at Shadyside Presbyterian Church, presents the Rodrigo Guitar Trio in concert at 4 p.m. Sunday.
