Deanna Schultz and James Black

An Oct. 18 wedding is being planned by Deanna Schultz of Moraine, Ohio, and James Black of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary and Carol Schultz of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Glenn and Arlene Black of Pittsburgh.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School and a 2003 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She graduated in 2008 from SHI Integrative Medical Massage Therapy School. She works as a recreation and music therapist for Abilities First in Middletown, Ohio, and as a massage therapist for Massage Envy in Hamilton, Ohio.

Her fiancé graduated in 1993 from Central Catholic High School and in 1998 from Duquesne University. He works as a chemist for Microseeps in Harmarville.
