Charles E. Cook, 87, formerly of Butler, died Monday in Richmond, Va.

Surviving are four sons, Stephen Cook of Holmes Beach, Fla.; David Cook of Chesterfield, Mo.; Reed Cook of Richmond, Va.; and Charles Cook of Fort Myers, Fla.
