Jay Boss and Michelle Vensel

An Aug. 1 wedding is being planned by Michelle Vensel and Jay Boss, both of Reston, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lenny and Brenda Vensel of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Rick and Joan Boss of Pawtucket, R.I.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2004 graduate of Clarion University. She works for Manassas Park City Schools in Virginia.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from St. Raphael Academy and is a 2005 graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. He works in Washington, D.C.
