Kelly Haley and Ben Silber

A June 20 wedding is being planned by Kelly Haley and Ben Silber, both of Cache, Okla.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Terry and Debbie Haley of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Roberta Silber of Sterling, Va.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Ohio University. She received a degree in 2008 from the University of Oklahoma and works for Cache Public Schools in Cache.

Her fiancé graduated in 2000 from Park View High School and in 2005 from James Madison University. He received a degree in 2007 from Ohio University and also works for Cache Public Schools.
