I believe in a flat tax, or even no income tax, just a 20% sales tax on everything but food. That way, when rich people buy expensive things, they will pay more, when poor people buy food, they won't pay anything. When illegal immigrants who don't pay any income tax buy something, the taxes will get paid through sales taxes. When tourists come here, they will help pay as well.
