Republicans make me sick too Cass, that's why I'm a conservative, not a republican. Stop confusing the two. Spending is irresponsible when it's the Federal government taking wealth from the private sector and handing it out to those who do not create wealth. From the Wall street journal, "Add the roughly $20 billion for business tax cuts, and by our estimate only $90 billion out of $825 billion, or about 12 cents of every $1, is for something that can plausibly be considered a growth stimulus". That is wasteful spending that has to be paid back with interest by the future generations. Spending was wrong when Bush did it and it's just as wrong now that it's Obama and the democrats doing it. Not too mention Obama rolled back all the welfare reform of the 90's in this bill. Is it ok with you that people are again going to be encouraged to not be productive in our society?
