PITTSBURGH — Seven-time Grammy Award-winning vocalist Al Jarreau will perform at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Byham Theater, 101 Sixth St.
The only artist to win Grammy awards in pop, jazz and rhythm and blues, Jarreau began singing with his brothers at age 4. He has earned seven Grammy Awards over four decades.
His 2008 releases include "Love Songs" and his first Christmas album "Al Jarreau Christmas."

CABOT — The River City 6, composed of six performers from the River City Brass Band, will present its first concert in Cabot at 7 p.m. March 3 in the Concordia Social Hall in Haven I at 112 Marwood Road. PITTSBURGH — Preservation Fair 2009: Saving Your Family's Treasures" will be presented from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 28 in the Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History's Hall of Architecture, 4400 Forbes Ave. The fair is free with museum admission and no registration is required.Visitors may take a small item they are interested in discussing with the exhibitors, specifically books, papers, photographs, works of art on paper and films.
