While watching the Butler City council meeting it was announced Captain Connely resigned his position. There is talk of some misconduct on his part and that led to his resignation as opposed to being fired and prosicuted. If this is true why didn't Councilman Reese speak up like Councilman Bratkovich and inform the citizens of the facts? As it stands now there are alot of rumors going on.
