Amesh uses the term individual rights for his main premise for allowing abortions.

I have no issues with that and in fact I agree your body make your choice. Seems fair.

Here is what the good DR. does not put in.

Lets start from the beggining.

For arguements sake this is not a fetus/baby concieved in a wrongful act. Most are not.

The women agrees to let her body be used in away that can produce a baby, regardless of protection. She fully and willfully accepts this possibility almost a contract to the sperm that if they make it to her ovary's...poof a baby, I would assume she has given permission to the fetus or baby to use her body.

I dont recall most woman stating before intercourse sperm you can not use my body. Even though they know these things can make them pregnant.

Its like almost buying drugs because you like it and know the problems they can cause and then sue because you get cancer or overdose from the local crack guy.

I am sorry if anything here offends anyone that is not my attention. I do believe that if a women is raped or possible death then an abortion if legal.

Because it was not 1. agreed or known with rapist. 2. if the choice is between the two lifes then choose.

As for most of the arguments of crime money etc...the crime is an aspect of responsibility the same of which if you get pregnant...show some.

Money either way paying for abortions or creating tax payers it all evens out. These are just poor facts trying to be used for support.

Truth is it comes down to womans right to her body. Or the fetus/baby right to life.

Lets just stick to those facts.
