Kitchen fire contained in Berkley Manor apartments
CRANBERRY TWP — A kitchen fire this morning was contained to one of the units in the 800 building of Berkley Manor apartment complex off Freedom Road.
Jeff Schueler, township public safety director, said the sprinkler system extinguished the fire causing some water damage in the building.
No injuries were reported.
Fire crews from Cranberry and Adams Area Fire District responded to the call about 9 a.m.
