The Rotary Club is seeking high school students to travel overseas this summer as part of the Rotary International Youth Summer Exchange Program.

Participants will live with host families in their selected country for three to six weeks in the summer, under sponsorship of the local Rotary Club.

Eligible students should be of good character, be friendly, above average academic ability, be between 15 and 18 years old, be willing to travel and be interviewed.

BUTLER TWP — The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department and Butler Township will sponsor an American Red Cross babysitting training program from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Butler Township Park, 468 South Duffy Road.Participants must be at least 11 years of age and be registered by Feb. 6. MARS — The Mars Public Library is seeking hardbacks, paperbacks, children's books, audiobooks, movies and music CDs for its used book sale Feb. 20 to 22. Magazines, textbooks and condensed books will not be accepted.To donate or for information, call 724-625-9048..

The Junior Women's Club of Butler is now selling tickets for its Twilight Magic dinner, dance and auction March 7 at the Tanglewood Center.
