Lt. Gov. Knoll mourned in Pittsburgh
The casket of Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll lies in repose Sunday in St. Paul's Cathedral in Pittsburgh. Knoll died Wednesday after a four-month battle with neuroendocrine cancer. An honor guard brought the casket, and a funeral Mass is slated for noon Tuesday. A memorial service was held Friday in the state Capitol Rotunda. Knoll was diagnosed in July and died Nov. 12. She was 78.
