PITTSBURGH — A Braddock man was sentenced to life in prison in the shooting deaths of two brothers at a birthday party after the host refused to pay strippers he had hired.

Richard Cunningham, 25, was convicted of second-degree murder. Three other men are serving life sentences.

The men burst into a Penn Hills house in February 2005 after two strippers accused the host and refusing to pay. T.C. Preston Lyerly of Wilkinsburg and his half brother, Chaoe Davis of Pittsburgh were killed. The host was critically injured.
