SAXONBURG— Drs. Larry Cimperman and Agnes Gallagher will lead Aging in Reverse, an informational program, at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Saxonburg Public Library, 240 W. Main St. Topics will include youthful appearance, outlook and vitality.

HARMONY — Interested women business owners and other professional women in the Zelienople, Harmony, Ellwood City and surrounding areas are wanted to form a new chapter of Women's Business Network.Meetings will be held the first and third Fridays of the month at the Evergreen Nursing Center, 191 Evergreen Mill Road. EVANS CITY — St. John's United Church of Christ annual rummage sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the church's downstairs fellowship hall, 501 E. Main St.The sale will include small furniture, household items, books and knickknacks.St. John's praise band will lead a community outdoor worship service at 5 p.m. Sunday near the Evans City Fire Hall.

MARS — The Mars Public Library ice cream social will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the library.The social will include an ice cream sundae bar and cookies. At 2 p.m., winners will be drawn for the children's chair raffle.Tickets are on sale at Mars Public Library. They also can be purchased at the door. SLIPPERY ROCK TWP, Lawrence County — The 16th annual Heritage Festival will be open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 27 and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 28.The festival will include vendors in period costume and crafts inspired by the operational period of the gristmill, 1852 to 1928. Special tours, demonstrations and period music will be offered.
