PITTSBURGH — Professional wrestler and Olympic medalist Kurt Angle was found not guilty of drunken driving in suburban Pittsburgh.

Allegheny County Judge David Cashman made the ruling in a nonjury trial on Tuesday.

Moon Township police charged Angle in September 2007 after a motorist told them Angle cut her off while leaving a bar parking lot. Police later arrested him at his home, where his attorney said he had a few beers.

The defense argued police couldn't put Angle in the vehicle at a specific time.
